How to pay for your order
This process is for patients whose eScripts have been automatically sent to KarmaPharma and whose order is now ready for payment.
- Once your prescriber sends your eScripts directly to KarmaPharma, our system automatically creates your order. To finalise your delivery, simply complete the payment process by clicking “here”.
2. Enter your email or phone to log in
3. Press “Authenticate”
4. We’ll send an OTP to your email address to verify your login. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as well.
5. Check your email for the OTP
6. Enter the OTP
7. Once you log in, you’ll be able to view your order information straight away.
8. If you need to update or edit your details, simply tap the edit icon to make changes.
9. Update your details as needed, then click “Save” to confirm your changes.
10. To finalise your payment, simply enter your card details. You can also choose to securely save your card information for faster checkout on future orders.
11. Once your card has been added, click “Checkout”

Once your payment is completed, your order status will update to “Paid” and “Processing”.
Your order will then be reviewed by the pharmacist for approval. Once accepted, the status will update to “Shipped”.
