How to pay for your order
1. If your prescriber has sent your eScripts directly to KarmaPharma, an order will automatically be created. The last step for your medications to be delivered is to simply pay for your order. Click on the “here”
2. Enter your email or phone to log in
3. Press “Authenticate”
4. An OTP will be sent to your email. If it’s not in your inbox, check the SPAM messages.
5. Check your email for the OTP
6. Enter the OTP
7. Once logged in, you will see the order information.
8. If you need to update/edit your details, tap on the edit icon
9. Update and edit as required and click “Save”
10. To finalise payment enter your card details. You can choose to save card details for future purchases.
11. Once your card has been added, click “Checkout”
12. The Order will be updated and your Payment status will change to Paid and Processing.
The pharmacist will review your order to accept it. Once accepted your order will be updated to Shipped.
